About
Mankowski Industrial
Mankowski Industrial is an engineering and manufacturing company focused on solving problems that do not yield to standard processes, tools, or assumptions. Our work spans multiple industries — including building products, medical devices, and specialized manufacturing systems — but is unified by a single discipline: translating difficult ideas into durable, manufacturable reality.
Founded in 1988, Mankowski Industrial has spent decades working at the intersection of design intent and production constraint. Much of our work begins where conventional methods fail — when geometry, materials, performance requirements, or scale expose the limits of off-the-shelf solutions. In those cases, we develop the tooling, processes, or mechanical systems required to make the product viable.
Our approach is engineering-driven and practical. We prioritize function, reliability, and manufacturability over novelty for its own sake. Prototypes are used to expose risk. Tooling is designed for longevity. Systems are evaluated not only for performance, but for how they will be produced, serviced, and sustained over time.
Across all projects, Mankowski Industrial operates with a long-horizon mindset. Many of the tools and systems we designed decades ago remain in service today. That continuity reflects both the environments we work in and the standards we hold ourselves to.
We collaborate closely with manufacturers, product developers, and institutional partners who value rigor, discretion, and execution. Our role is not to market ideas, but to make them real — and to ensure they endure once they are.
