Occasionally, innovative products under development push the boundaries of traditional manufacturing methods. In one such instance, we encountered a product that defied the compatibility of standard techniques like injection molding, conventional thermoforming, or vacuum forming due to intricate design specifications, manufacturing complexities, and the need to meet performance benchmarks essential for the product’s market viability. In response to this challenge, we devised two distinct and innovative methods for shaping these products.
